The 2011 International Food Analytical Technique and Standards & AOAC
China Section Annual Meeting & Expo

Dear friends,

Welcome to 2011 International Food Analytical Technique and Standards & AOAC China Section Annual Meeting & Expo, which will be held in Qingdao, China, on October 20-21, 2011. The forum is hosted by China Section of AOAC INTERNATIONAL and Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA), organized by The Food and Agricultural Products Test Agency (FATA) of Shandong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. This forum will bring together leading scientists and engineers in Biotechnology and Food Science from China and international. The forum provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to expand research networks and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Now, the forum is calling for papers from all over the world, your contributions are most welcome.

1. Themes for papers are as follows:

  • Food Safety Issues, Emergencies and Solutions.

  • Method validation, Quality Assurance and Accreditation

  • Analysis of Contaminants and Residues

  • Microbiological Methods and Gene analysis

  • Analysis of Natural Toxins

  • Food Additives,Food Nutrition and Food Allergens

2. Instructions to authors:

Please compile your manuscript in MS Word and save it as a .doc file. The paper must be prepared exact conformity with the format of JOURNAL OF AOAC INTERNATIONAL, text should not exceed 10,000 words. Use Times New Roman fonts in your Word documents. Manuscript format requirements consult to: http://www.aoac.org/pubs/instauth.pdf.

Please complete Annex "Registration Form of AOAC Conference Paper of China". Papers and annex are strongly recommended submitted through E-mail. Please re-send your paper if you have not received any reply within three days.

Unpublished and published papers are both welcome. For the published one, the name of Journal and the published date should be indicated after the text.

The accepted papers will be published in "The Proceeding of AOAC Conference of China ". No changes are feasible once the paper has been submitted. Selected authors will be invited to do oral or poster presentations.

Papers Deadline: September 30, 2011.
